DOSAGE: For nasal congestion and coughs: • Rub-on: Adults and Children 2 years and above: Rub a thick layer on chest, neck and back. • Steam Inhalation: Adults and Children 6 years and above: Partly fill a bowl with steaming water (NOT BOILING) and add 10 mL (2 teaspoonfuls) of VapoRub. Then gently inhale the steaming vapours with a towel over your head and bowl for 10-15 minutes. May be repeated up to four times a day. Use with care to avoid scalding. For muscular aches and pains: • Adults and Children 2 years and above: Rub on affected areas up to four times a day or as directed by a physician.
